The Sugar Road Development is located in Maroochydore, QLD. The development will house a large gym and other prospective lifestyle orientated businesses. The Sugar Road Property Trust gathers and looks after investors for the project.

WISDOM was commissioned to design a logo for the Sugar Road Property Trust, the first of many Property Trust developments that will be located around Australia.

The design brief was to create a logo that could be used for multiple developments, where in this case "Sugar Road" would change to the new street location of the new development.

WISDOM designed a logo that had a fun and energetic feel, reflecting the lifestyle oriented kind of developments, yet maintained a corporate edge with the font and enclosed box. The interchanging part of the logo "Sugar Road" was placed on the outside of the main graphic.
