The Sugar Road Development is located in QLD, named so due to it's location on Sugar Road, Maroochydore. WISDOM was commissioned to design a logo and corporate identity for the Sugar Road Property Trust, the first of many Property Trust developments that will be located around Australia, and named so based on their street address.

WISDOM designed a logo that reflected the lifestyle oriented kind of development that the Property Trust specialised in, yet maintained a corporate style that was appropriate for the investor side of the business.

The brand is made up of a predominately monochromatic colour scheme in tangerine, offset with a hint of teal. This balances out the colour pallet, and adds an element of fun to the mainly corporate brand.
