Nepean Conveyors' services reach far beyond the borders of Australian waters, and so did their target for recruitment of experienced design engineers and draftsmen.

WISDOM was commissioned to design and produce signage for a recruitment exhibit to be used internationally.

With lifestyle being the predominate selling point to target future employees, iconic images of Australia, Sydney and Northern Queensland were a huge feature. The main focal point, however, was the Australian flag with WANTED in large bold type above. The message was double edged "Australia wants you" and "You want this Australian lifestyle".
