Sugar Road Property Trust approached WISDOM to design an information memorandum for potential new investors. It needed to be a professional looking document to sell the Sugar Road Property development project in Maroochydore, that currently only existed as architectural plans.

The challenge of this design was the sheer extent of the information. With over 40 pages, much of which were tables of financial content, the memorandum needed to be readable, appearing more like a magazine than a text book.

WISDOM's designers used clean lines, a complementary two toned colour scheme and aspirational images to create this successful design.
