BlueScope Steel is one of Australia's major companies who offer a high level of communication and training to their staff. Employee safety ranks very high in this regard especially for those employees and contractors who work in various BlueScope plants. BlueScope has engaged WISDOM to produce a series illustrations and communication material to assist in employee safety communication.

A tortoise was illustrated by WISDOM. He was to represent doing things the correct way and safe way. "Slow and steady wins the race". Then came the hare. He is the opposite to the tortoise and instead rushes, makes mistakes and invariably gets injured. The tortoise and hare featured together on many occassions showing the right and wrong way of doing things. The illustration style is descriptive without being confrontational.
